Since 2006 he has also been running the website&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.latinoise.com.ar\/\">Latinoise<\/a>&nbsp;a platform for information and promotion of noise and experimental musicians in Latin America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Clorofila Voyeur<\/em>&nbsp;is composed <g class=\"gr_ gr_6 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear Grammar multiReplace\" id=\"6\" data-gr-id=\"6\">by<\/g> three tracks composed in 2017 and 2018 from manipulated loops, field recordings, <g class=\"gr_ gr_7 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear ContextualSpelling multiReplace\" id=\"7\" data-gr-id=\"7\">analog<\/g> and digital synthesis, elements developed over a span of several years and now collated in this work. Flichman&#8217;s work incorporates chance and serendipity.
