Included in the cycle “Cornelius Cardew e a liberdade da escuta†(Cornelius Cardew and the Freedom of Listening), Porto’s Culturgest presents an exhibition and a series of performances.
Next Saturday, May 22nd, there will be three outstanding performances:
- 17h00: 1001 Scratch Activities, performance by Loreto Troncoso and António Júlio
- 22h00: Cornelius Cardew, Treatise (1963-1967), concert by Michel Guillet, Jean-Jacques Palix, Markus Schmickler and Samon Takahashi
- 22h45: Piotr Kurek, Lectures, concert
In the coming weeks the program will also include performances by Christian Wolff, Lore Gablier, Annie Vigier, Franck Apertet, the Walter Cardew Group (Horace Cardew, Walter Cardew, Androniki Liokoura), Rhys Chatham, Nina Canal, Nadia Lichtig, David Watson, John Tilbury and Terre Thaemlitz.
