Grain of Sound has just released the “Sonic Scope 2008 — Live at Fonoteca Municipal de Lisboa†CD. This compilation features recordings from this year’s Sonic Scope festival, including One-Off, Plan, Sei Miguel, Red Trio, Whit, Curia, Carlos Pereira and the @c + Vitor Joaquim trio in their first recording since De-Tour.
Next Friday, October 10, the Drumming percussion group and @c will perform Karlheinz Stockhausen’s Mikrophonie I, for tam-tam, microphones and electronics at the Auditorio Nacional de Música, in Madrid.
